The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. following Roll Call and the Pledge of Allegiance.
In Attendance: Ron Vivacqua, Chief Chuck Conigliaro, Susan Chellino and Sydney DeRollo.
OPEN FORUM:
- Great American Irish Festival: Jeff Ball is requesting permission to utilize the Village Streets for the 5k Ranger Run to be held Saturday, July 28th at 10am. They expect approximately 300 participants. A permit will be granted and the Village Police Chief has been asked to lead the race.
- Gary Roback, President of Frankfort Little League is appearing to inform the board of Little League's intent to expand the current pavilion/concession area at the Hilltop Park. They'd like to modify the existing structure or create a new structure. They have internal funding for 75% of the project that was raised through donations and pledges and the project has gone out for bid. They plan on making the facility available for all events.
